SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made available for purchase prior to being in stock.

  • Handling Time:
    Please allow 4–6 weeks for pre-order items to be processed before shipment.

  • Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped and tracking information will be provided.

  • By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the extended handling time.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary due to production, customs, or carrier delays.

In-Hand (Ready to Ship) Items

  • Handling Time:
    Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer under our control.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed over to the carrier.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for the reshipment fee

  • We do not issue refunds for returned packages due to address errors

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of our products, all purchases are final. Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing, and color selection before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Clear photos must be provided

  • Claims submitted after 3 days will not be accepted

Approved cases will be handled at our discretion.
